Ticketservice

• You can buy your ticket online, this is however not necessary. You can also buy your ticket in the synagogue.

• During regular opening hours (13.00-17.00) you can order a ticket every half hour. We call this half hour a time block/time slot.

• You can participate in a guided tour every hour (13.00 / 14.00 / 15.00 /16.00)
  o The tour lasts a maximum of 45 minutes.
  If you want to take a tour, we advise you to plan your visit on the hour.
  That is, time block 13.00-13.30, 14.00-14.30, 15.00-15.30 or 16.00-16.30.

Ticket information
I bought tickets, but did not receive anything. What now?
First check whether the tickets have not ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. If that
is not the case and the payment was successful (money has been debited from your account) you can
contact us via tickets@erfgoedpartners.nl. Heritage partners will then send your tickets (digitally)
send after. If this doesn't work out in time, you can just go to the synagogue. Leave the e-mail address there
note with which you ordered the tickets.

I can't come anyway, can I return my ticket?
Unfortunately this is not possible.

Can I exchange tickets purchased for those for a visit at a different time?
Unfortunately this is not possible.

When can Erfgoedpartners be reached?
Erfgoedpartners keeps an eye on the mail during office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00). Because of
limited presence at the office due to the corona measures, we are temporary
not available by phone. We handle messages that we receive outside office hours as quickly
possibly the next business day(s). If a performance or time slot is on the weekend and you have
no tickets received, but the payment was successful (see also the first question on this page), then
you can just go to the synagogue. Please note your details on arrival and the
you will be contacted the following week.
